Account & Data Deletion
1. Scope
This page applies to NaadKosh apps published by NaadKosh (Teacher and Student variants).
2. How to request account deletion
You can delete your account directly inside the app: Profile → Delete Account.
- The in-app flow signs you out and removes active account data.
- If you cannot access the app, email support@naadkosh.ca with subject: NaadKosh Account Deletion Request.
- Send the request from the email address linked to your NaadKosh account.
- Include your app role (Teacher or Student) and, if available, your account email/username.
- We may ask for additional verification before deleting account data.
- Standard processing time is up to 7 business days after verification.
3. Data that is deleted
- Account profile data (name, avatar, role metadata).
- Classroom and learning content tied to your account.
- Uploaded files and submissions associated with your account.
- App-specific identifiers and session records used for sign-in and access.
4. Data that may be retained
To meet legal and financial requirements, we may retain a minimal compliance record after deletion.
- Subscription and transaction audit summary (without active app access): retained up to 7 years where required by law.
- Security and operational logs: retained up to 90 days.
