1. Acceptance

By creating an account, accessing, or using NaadKosh, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Accounts and Eligibility

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

3. Student Terms

  • Students may join classes only through valid teacher invitations.
  • Student access depends on an active subscription and plan status.
  • Students must use content for personal learning and not unauthorized redistribution.

4. Teacher Terms

  • Teachers are responsible for the content they upload, assign, and share.
  • Teachers must have the rights to any notation, text, image, or audio they publish.
  • Teachers must not upload unlawful, infringing, abusive, or harmful material.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid subscriptions are processed via Apple in-app purchase. Pricing, trial eligibility, renewal, and cancellation are governed by Apple billing rules and your App Store account.

6. Content Ownership and License

You retain ownership of your uploaded content. You grant NaadKosh a limited license to host, process, and display that content only to operate and improve the service.

7. Prohibited Use

  • No attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or abuse the platform.
  • No misuse of another user’s account or class data.
  • No posting of content that violates intellectual property or privacy rights.

8. Moderation and Reporting

NaadKosh may review reported content and remove material that violates these Terms or applicable law. Repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination.

9. Termination

You may stop using NaadKosh at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, security risk, or legal compliance requirements.

10. Disclaimers and Liability

NaadKosh is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NaadKosh is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
